| Whilst undertaking research interviews with financial service and IT Managers, whose time was very limited, and enthusiasm to, not answer questions was fully evident. Instead of trying to convince them to carry out the interviews at the time of the call, I explained the benefits of such research, offered to send them a copy of the report on behalf of the client, therefore scheduling a specific appointment time to complete the interviews, in turn, making them feel flattered and self important. |
