Having been responsible for staging events within different sectors, one experience left me feeling particularly satisfied.

When a particular location had to be changed due to electrical failure, a situation arose where, a replacement had to be found at extremely short notice. Without the time to make plenty of informed decisions, I used the resources available, to cater for a large number of people attending this location.

Instead of cancelling the event or postponing, I contacted other possible locations, and was able to divert all those attending, to a different location, with similar service offerings, at a slightly higher cost to my company, the end result, satisfied those people attending and the client who my organization was working alongside.
