Being given full responsibility for the Marketing and Promotion for an interactive event was a rather daunting task, especially as the time scale was only three months.

I sought to build relationships with international sports, print and broadcasting companies to develop advertising opportunities.
By maintaining and building contacts within international sports media, I was able to generate significant interest in the event through the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers distributed as promotional materials and press releases. By the time of the event, the necessary advance publicity had taken place and the viewer numbers were pretty significant, all parties were content and the event proved to be a success.
