| Disagreements form part of the working
environment. Conflicts and differences of opinion are commonplace
and will only be resolved if we deal with them.
Usually I decide to address the problem by taking the lead and managing the situation instead of letting the issue cause tension or friction. In my previous roles, I have learnt how to cope with conflict by at work and I try to make the team or group understand that all conflicts will be resolved in a timely and effective manner. This allows teams to be more satisfied, productive and allows them to communicate openly without fear of causing disappointment. Within a place of work, by having an open mind,
and acknowledging that no one is right or wrong, and there will
