| Whilst involved with the marketing
for an interactive event, where the ultimate goal was to build relationships
with international, media print and broadcasting companies within
a short period of time, through developing advertising opportunities.
I recruited freelance contractors, one of which, a friend, was brought on board to help create marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers to distribute as promotional materials. Unfortunately, unknown to me, at the time, this friend had also committed to freelance work for other companies, and he was failing to fulfill the tasks I required of him. After much deliberation, and discussion, I was
forced to relieve him of his role, as time constraints were proving
difficult and his unreliability would ultimately have led to deadlines
being missed. |
