Tell me about a time when you had too many things to do and you were required to prioritise your tasks

Whilst being responsible for managing the in-life service for a BETA test within a digital media company.


I had to manage the ongoing project issues and risks; reporting to the internal team, on a daily basis, in regards to problem resolution whilst maintaining a healthy working relationship with the client project teams, through ongoing liaison on all our operational project matters, leading up to BETA Testing.

In prioritising my tasks, I ensured regular phone, daily conference calls, and email contact with all parties relating to the project, including two hour updates with the internal team, therefore keeping all personnel in touch with the progress status approaching the deadline.
