What do you regard as to be your greatest strengths and disadvantages |

| In previous roles my ability to influence
senior managers and successfully deliver projects on time with attention
to detail, has proven to be one of my strengths.
Another key strength is my flexibility to handle
change, the ability to turn a negative working environment into
a fluid, constructive and supportive team. As far as disadvantages,
I feel that my management skills could be stronger, and I am constantly
working to improve them. |
