| Having directed a short documentary
film which chronicled the challenges of struggling for survival
within a small town in central Africa, where families attempt to
rise above the poverty surrounding them. The poverty and deprivation of their lives I initially saw as a barrier, on reflection, was actually a source of inspiration, which I appreciated for their thought-provoking approach as a mirror of their environment and a tool for social change. |
