| When I’ve faced problems with co-workers
or managers, I have always spoken with the necessary persons involved
by explaining my disappointment and frustration about certain factors
in order to resolve the matters as soon as possible.
On one occasion, I recall, this method did not yield the result
I was looking for so I got in touch with the personnel officer
at work to seek advice on what to do next. Eventually, on this occasion I contacted the Employment tribunal to resolve the dispute between the employer and myself. This was a last resort and one which I thought
carefully about before doing this as it would have likely created
a bad feeling between me and the employer no matter what the outcome.
