What was the best choice you have ever made |
||||
| Having enjoyed scientific subjects
at secondary school, I applied to study physics and chemistry at
University. Having been offered conditional places, I visited 3
of my chosen institutions, all of which left me feeling flat and
uninspired. After this experience, I decided, rather than continue my enjoyment and interest in these subjects, in an environment not suited to my social needs, I chose different subjects and locations, ultimately being more comfortable overall. On reflection, this decision had a tremendous impact on my future career choices, exposing me to different sectors, and opportunities. |
