| Working within a collaborative environment
will always be my preferred medium. In a team setup, by planning
early, identifying potential partners, and making informed decisions
about how to proceed with projects, working with others in collaboration,
can offer opportunities to deliver new and improved services. The efficiency of projects can be seen as savings are taken, through sharing time & costs which in turn, develops a stronger, more united voice. This ideal set up, enables us to better understand issues and challenges, ultimately providing us with better support as every collaborative project is unique, and can provide valuable learning amongst teams and groups of individuals. |
